A written Missouri Sunshine Law request is the appropriate route if the record is not available by phone. RSMo §610.023 addresses the response timing, while RSMo §610.026 addresses permitted duplication charges. The sheriff page lists $2 per office report copy, but it does not state a booking-photo fee.
